Mkt4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mkt4d platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the mkt4d platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the mkt4d platform on any device or browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mkt4d platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the mkt4d platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The mkt4d platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering or using any of the services offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of mkt4d services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not;
- Notifying mkt4d promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Mkt4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information. mkt4d reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time it deems necessary.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the mkt4d platform agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or while using the platform;
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Attempting to breach, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the mkt4d platform;
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a dishonest manner or in violation of the offer's conditions;
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or that may cause harm to other users.
Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, as well as legal action where mkt4d deems it necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Currency
All financial transactions on the mkt4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made via valid payment methods recognised by the platform, including TNG eWallet and approved online banking channels.
Mkt4d reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's financial policies. Deposits made are non-refundable except in circumstances that meet the applicable withdrawal conditions.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- The user must have completed the required identity verification process;
- All wagering requirements for any bonus received must have been met;
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to mkt4d's prevailing policies;
- Mkt4d reserves the right to request additional supporting documents prior to processing a withdrawal for verification purposes.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days. mkt4d is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mkt4d and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical circumstances beyond our control;
- Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures;
- Financial losses arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions;
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mkt4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions;
- Fraud, attempted money laundering, or any other suspicious activity;
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies;
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's policy.
If your account is closed for reasons that are not attributable to you, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via an appropriate method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the mkt4d platform are the exclusive property of mkt4d or its licensed rights holders. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or use any of these materials without explicit written permission from mkt4d.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mkt4d platform may include references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. mkt4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mkt4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by mkt4d, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
